1. Returns And Exchanges:
Eligibility: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Items “More Than 50% OFF” marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@wasomii.com. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant details. Our customer support team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
2. Refund:
Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or applicable taxes.
3. Shipping Cost:
Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you (valid for customers within India).
4. Damaged Or Defective Items:
Quality Control: We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
4.2. Exchange or Refund: We will offer you the choice of an exchange for a similar product or a full refund if the item is found to be genuinely damaged or defective.
5. Cancellations:
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped.
6. Change Of Mind:
Change of Mind Returns: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may accept returns at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee of 2% of the purchase price. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
